Baker / flour confectioner

Bakers produce bread and confectionery, while flour confectioners specifically work with confectionery (cakes, sweet pastries etc.). You might work in a craft bakery making artisan breads, at an in-store bakery, or a large mechanised bakery which mass-produces baked goods.
