Food and Beverage Service

Do you want to work in the hospitality industry, specialising in food and beverage service, and hospitality accommodation service?

This qualification covers the following units:

Customer service
Prepare and serve drinks
Provide table layout as well as table and tray service
Maintain and deal with payments
Maintain a safe hygienic and secure working environment
Maintain food safety when storing, holding and serving food.

A keen interest in food and beverage service

You will be assesses through practical observation in our college restaurant and through theoretical work.

On completion of this course you can progress to a Level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage Service and you could also specialise in a level 1
Certificate in Food Prearation and Cookery.
