This course is perfect for anyone who already has their fitness instruction qualification but wants to diversify their work. Students will learn all aspects of planning and delivering professional, effective and safe group circuits.
This course will give students the practical skills to best enhance their role and career prospects within a gym or health club as well as opening them up to other qualification opportunities.
To access this course you'll need to already have a suitable Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification. Tutors are also looking for students who are physically fit, have some experience of circuit training and good communication skills.
You'll be assessed through a range of coursework, practical and written assessments to help demonstrate the skills you have developed.
Once you've completed this Level 2 course you'll be able to progress onto a Level 3 qualification in personal training or onto a qualification in a related sector like Sports Massage. Students can also use this qualification to pursue a career in a gym or health club.
