This course will give students the practical skills to best enhance their role and career prospects within a gym or health club as well as opening them up to other qualification opportunities.

To access this course you'll need to already have a suitable Level 2 Fitness Instructing qualification. Tutors are also looking for students who are physically fit, have some experience of circuit training and good communication skills.

You'll be assessed through a range of coursework, practical and written assessments to help demonstrate the skills you have developed.

Once you've completed this Level 2 course you'll be able to progress onto a Level 3 qualification in personal training or onto a qualification in a related sector like Sports Massage. Students can also use this qualification to pursue a career in a gym or health club.
