This course will introduce you to the many uses of Microsoft Excel. It is essentially a spreadsheet program that is used to record and analyse numerical data.
If you think of a spreadsheet as a collection of columns and rows that form a table filled with data, we can then use excel features such as conditional formatting, Pivot Tables, absolute referencing and many formulas to create a very powerful data tool.
We all deal with numbers in one way or another, whether by daily expenses or monthly income that we earn. Microsoft Excel can come in handy when we want to keep on top of our finances and this introductory course will give you the confidence to do just that.
Different practical tasks will introduce many of the tools needed to create different document designs.
This course will take place on Tuesday’s between 1pm and 4pm.
