Overview
If you’re new to computers and want to build your IT skills, this course will help you gain confidence and give you the knowledge you need to complete tasks such as accessing the internet, word processing, spreadsheets, emailing and more.
This course is ideal for those with little experience in computing and can aid progress to further education or employment. It’s also helpful for those seeking a more in depth knowledge in particular topics where a computer needs to be used.

Entry requirements
No formal qualifications are required but all learners will be initially assessed online for English and maths and interviewed to identify past achievements/experiences.
