The ABC Level 2 Certificate in General Patisserie and Confectionery aims to enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding to produce patisserie and confectionery products.

Continuing Your Journey
Learners may progress onto the Level 3 Certificate in General Patisserie and Confectionery and/or the Level 3 Diploma in Professional Patisserie and Confectionery.Careers page
Learners may also study short courses such as chocolate work, cake decorating.
