This course explores how the logistics industry functions and prepares students for some of the many roles within it. During this course students will gain an understanding of transport and distribution logistics as well as being introduced to business communications.
Students will have the chance to visit some of largest logistics hubs in the UK throughout the course to help give them a better understanding of the industry.
Students should have a strong interest in working in the industry and be asked to pass an English and Maths assessments before commencing the course.
How will I be assessed?
You’ll be assessed through a range of assessments including written and practical sessions in a simulated working environment.
Continuing Your Journey
Following the completion of this course students may progress into a level 2 Logistics and Transport, qualification or find work in the industry.Careers page
