(Short Course - 1 week)
This short course will give you a good understanding of mental health issues and how to recognise the signs and symptoms as well as treat them.
Throughout the course you’ll study suicide and depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm and psychosis. This course is approved by Mental Health First Aid England.
There are no formal entry requirements for this short course; you’ll just need to be aged 16 or above.
How will I be assessed?
You don’t need to complete any formal assessments for this course. Your tutor will assess your work and learning.
