This 2 day course is aimed at those who want to learn about Equality and Diversity both in the workplace, and in the wider society. The course is designed to help learners understand what is meant by Equality and Diversity, the law surrounding it and also reflect on what is meant by Unconscious Bias.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
How will I be assessed?
The course will be assessed throughout the day by the tutor through classroom based activities.
