Overview
Start your journey to amazing on this course and develop your knowledge to understand the concepts of web applications utilizing PHP and MySQL.
Over ten weeks you’ll develop the skills to develop and test web applications using server-side technologies. You’ll gain an understanding of the basics of SQL, web server scripting and HTML code and be able to use PHPMyAdmin to create and access databases. Once you’ve learnt the basics of PHP you’ll be able to apply your knowledge to industry and work with databases. -
Entry requirements
You should have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths and have a keen interest in learning the basics of PHP and MySQL to study on this course.

You will be assessed in class through a variety of tests and practical activities.

You’ll have a range of options available to you after completing this short course. You could progress onto further training on the PHP MySQL Intermediate programme offered by The Manchester College.
