Designed specifically for union reps and members, this short course will help you to become more confident and assertive, so you can take part in meetings effectively. It will even improve your chairing skills so you can run meetings as well.
We’ll help you develop the skills you need to put forward motions or resolutions and give you the confidence and clarity necessary for moving and speaking on amendments.
There are no formal entry requirements for this short course, but you must be authorised by your organisation to attend.
How will I be assessed?
Your tutor will assess all aspects of this short course through your learning and development.
Continuing Your Journey
Once you’ve developed confidence in public speaking and improved your communication skills with this short course, you’ll be able to take on numerous roles within your union and workplace.
