T Level Foundation - Hairdressing - IEA

This course is the Foundation Year for our brand-new T Level in Hairdressing and T Level in Barbering in our Industry Excellence Academy.
You will study hairdressing, maths and English and participate in work experience to prepare you for progression to the Level 3 T Level.
This course will teach you to:
- Develop enterprising ideas for business development opportunities in hair and beauty
- Promote hair and beauty services to meet client needs
- Apply hair and beauty skills to meet client needs

Achieved 3 GCSEs grade 4 or above and GCSE English and Maths grade 3 or above.

Work Experience is a vital part of the course, and you will be supported in finding a work placement relevant to your study.

Each student will create a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria associated with each unit.

Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners can progress to T Level – Hairdressing - Industry Excellence Academy and T Level - Barbering - Industry Excellence Academy

Kit and uniform will be required for this course.
