Do you want to be a voice to be heard in your organisation and effectively represent your colleagues with training and learning opportunities? You can take your skills as a union learning rep to the next level with this stage 2 course. The course provides the opportunity to enhance existing knowledge and skills in areas that are fundamental to your role, with a focus on training and learning for union members. Promoting the value of learning, understanding the developments in learning and supporting members who want to broaden their skills.
You must be a representative of a TUC affiliated trade union and have authorisation from your organisation to attend.
How will I be assessed?
You’ll be monitored and assessed by your tutor throughout the duration of this 10-week course via assignment, project and classroom/workplace-based activities.
