This course is aimed at DJ enthusiasts who want to learn and develop their Scratch Technique.
The course is highly practical, and you will spend all of your time working with a tutor on a one to one basis honing your skills as a Scratch DJ.

There are no formal requirements but an interest in scratch techniques & turntablism is essential.
How will I be assessed?
There are no exams. You will be formatively assessed throughout each session with your one to one tutor to ensure learning is taking place. Opportunities to progress to further study will be available. Learning aim is to be able to scratch using a variety of techniques.
A recording of your scratch techniques will be presented to you on completion of your chosen course.
Continuing Your Journey
Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners can progress on to L1/ L2/ L3 Qualifications in Music Technology at the Manchester CollegeCareers page
