Overview
Developed as part of an ongoing programme dealing with the empowerment of under-represented people, this Level 2 Short Course in Women and Leadership will help current union representatives and members to build the confidence and skills to take on more leading roles in their organisation.
You will develop the core skills and understanding needed to deal with leadership responsibilities, with a series of activities that will help boost your self-confidence and provide opportunities for you to develop strategic approaches in an ever-changing environment.
Using individual, group and academic work alongside a range of engaging resources, you’ll explore how to improve your communication ability, increase productivity among your team with more motivation and inclusion and focus on developing new and effective leadership skills. -
Entry requirements
Authorisation from your organisation to attend this Level 2 Short Course in Women and Leadership is all you’ll need to enrol.
