A mix of self-study and in person attendance, you will get hands on experience with our state of the art, industry standard equipment. You will learn the theory in your own time via online materials, videos and activities. Every alternative week you will attend the Cisco lab to gain practical hands on experience. CCNA3 Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation is the final course in the CCNA series and relates to the architectures and considerations in designing, securing, operating, and troubleshooting enterprise networks – which are key to the smooth operation of large enterprises.
The qualification covers wide area network (WAN) technologies and quality of service (QoS) mechanisms used for secure remote access along with the introduction of software-defined networking, virtualisation, and automation concepts that support the digitalisation of networks.
By the end of the course, you'll be able to:
• Work with routers and switches using OSPF in point-to-point and multiaccess networks.
• Mitigate threats and enhance network security using access control lists and security best practices.
• Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills using real equipment and Cisco Packet Tracer.
• Understand virtualisation, SDN, and how APIs and configuration management tools enable network automation.
After completing this and both prior CCNA courses, you'll now be ready to take the CCNA Certification 200-301.

There are no formal requirements for this Cisco Networking course, but you should ideally have Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths to gain the most experience from the programme. You should have gained some industry experience or have completed the course CCNA2 (Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials v7).

Throughout the duration of the course, you will complete a number of online tests in class, one final online exam, and one final work-based practical exam.
Once you have completed all courses in the curriculum you will be fully prepared for the professional exam 200-301 (taken separately at a testing facility).

Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners can progress on to study network security.
The CCNAv7 curriculum helps students develop workforce readiness skills and builds a foundation for success in networking-related careers.
