This qualification is designed to give students an understanding of the basic elements of painting and decorating. This includes preparation work, painting and hanging preparatory wallpapers. The course will prepare you to become a qualified Painter and Decorator.

This qualification will be assessed by practical pieces of work and end of unit exams.
Upon successful completion of this qualification students will be able to progress onto Level 1 or L2 Diploma in Painting and Decorating.
