Painting and Decorating

This qualification is designed to give students an understanding of the basic elements of Painting and decorating. This includes preparation work, painting and hanging preparatory wallpapers. The course is designed to prepare you to become a full qualified Painter and Decorator.

Work Experience is a vital part of the course and you will be supported in finding a work placement relevant to your study.

This qualification will be assessed by practical pieces of work and end of unit exams.

Upon successful completion of this qualification students will be able to progress onto Level 2 Diploma in Painting and Decorating.
