Basic Body repairs
• Health and safety essentials
• Panel beating techniques
• Preparation and Application of polyester body fillers
• Shaping and finishing techniques (polyester body fillers)
Week 4
Basic fabrication and welding
• Health and safety essentials
• Set up/shut down MAG welding equipment (safety)
• Basic welding faults (practical)
• Welding techniques (butt, lap, plug, fillet joints)
