Richard Bucklow:
I'm Richard, Head Chef at the Ivy Spinningfields. I'm here at City Campus Manchester to do a guest chef night. A couple of chefs from the Ivy and I are doing the menu with the students here; it's really exciting stuff.
Haider Rasul:
Hi, I’m Haider Rasul. I'm helping the guest chefs we have in from the Ivy to do a service for 40 customers.
Charlie Ogden:
I'm Charlie Ogden. I'm here to help the guest chefs prepare the main course for tonight.
Haider Rasul:
It's been good, quite fun. The chefs are so knowledgeable, so if I have any questions, I just ask, and they know straight away.
Richard Bucklow:
It's been great. I've got to know the students quite well and find out why they've come into the industry or want to grow into the industry. I think it's a good opportunity for them to do something different, and work with chefs from a restaurant and be in a restaurant setting.
Charlie Ogden:
It's been great. They've obviously got a lot of knowledge
under their belts. It's been a good day so far.
