Planning application for 192 apartments in Green Quarter

The submitted plans detail a 15 story development on Lord Street following demolition of an existing structure.

'Manchester based planning specialists, HOW Planning have submitted a full planning application for a new residential development, No 1 Lord Street, in Manchester’s Green Quarter, designed by architects Leach Rhodes Walker (LRW).

The scheme, which is being developed by Stockport based Anglesource Ltd, is located on the corner of Lord Street and Cheetham Hill Road.

Plans for the development include 192 new apartments over 16 floors (15 storeys with 16th floor part mezzanine), with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bed apartments, with one 4 bed also available.' - Manchester Evening News
