You'll cover things like:
Health and safety in catering
Costs and menu planning
Preparing and cooking different foods.
No formal entry requirement
For this qualification you will complete practical demonstrations, assignments and take a multiple choice examination
Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners will be able to progress to Level 1 certificate in Culinary Skills and Level 2 certificate in pastry and baking
