PCS Neurodiversity in the Workplace - Autumn Term

Neurodivergent people may be autistic, dyslexic or dyspraxic, or may have ADHD or another atypical condition. PCS fights for all members – especially those who face disadvantage and discrimination in the workplace, and in wider society. Opportunities need to be widened and support strengthened, not cut back under the guise of government ‘tough choices'.

Sign up for our three-day course and become a PCS Neurodiversity Representative. Our PCS course takes a campaigning and organising collective approach, building your confidence to take the issues forward with your PCS branch and fight for a fairer workplace.

You are required to be a representative of the Public and Commercial Services union (PCS).

You also need to ensure that you have time off to attend this course and that you have informed the appropriate union branch official or officer of your intention to take the course.

Throughout the course you will be continuously assessed by the course tutor through classroom and workplace-based activities.

Completing this course enables you to progress to further PCS or TUC training courses.

If you are a member of a TUC-affiliated union, then Trade Union Education courses are funded by the Adult Skills Fund.

Please be aware that funding restrictions in some areas may mean that we cannot accept your application: if this is the case, you will be notified which college to reapply to.
