Boost your career prospects with a free Prince’s Trust course
The Manchester College is offering young people an exciting chance to improve their job prospects by gaining a nationally recognised qualification for free with the Prince’s Trust.
The 12-week, full-time course is available to 16-25 year olds who are unemployed and will give them the chance to develop key skills such as teamwork and problem-solving to improve their career prospects.
Activities include residentials, community work, work experience, CV development and much more.
It’s a great opportunity to gain new skills, meet people and have fun while earning a highly regarded qualification. The course will include a five-day team-building experience designed to encourage participants to step out of their comfort zones.
Any benefits being claimed by participants will be protected and the only requirement for the course is a desire to improve personal skills.
The courses will run in four locations, starting on 30 April:
- Eccles
- Gorton
- Hollins
- Trafford.
Courses will also run at these five locations, starting on 8 May:
- Harpurhey
- Heywood Hyde
- Manchester
- Stockport
- Wythenshawe.
