Shena Simon Campus is located in the heart of the city centre, adjacent to Manchester’s Gay Village! Market Street is also a short walk away, Manchester’s busiest shopping street, home to Primark and Debenhams. The Northern Quarter is nearby, a neighbourhood of relatively bohemian culture with a mix of vintage and creative industries. One thing is for sure, you’ll never go hungry with a plethora of coffee shops and delis nearby when you’re feeling peckish.

Whitworth Gardens, also known as Sackville Park, is a leafy urban oasis next to the campus. Transport links are abundant as the campus is situated near Piccadilly, Manchester’s main transport hub, where you can travel all across the country.

The statue of Alan Turing in Sackville Park has the inscription ‘IEKYF ROMSI ADXUO KVKZC GUBJ’ which is ‘Founder of Computer Science’ as it would be encoded by an Enigma machine.
