Certificate in Crreating a Business Start Up

This qualification is ideal for anybody who wants to gain an insight into the fundamental processes involved with the setting up of a business. It may also benefit a brand new business owner who requires a more in-depth insight into running their business.

Attainment of level 1English and maths or equivalent is desirable. All applicants will be interviewed and assessed to ensure that the course is suitable for them.

You will work towards completion of a business plan that you will present back to a panel for advice and guidance.

The mini projects/assignments to achieve will be;

Initial steps you will take in relation to your business start-up ideas/proposals

Identify a marketing strategy for your Business Start-Up

The legal and financial considerations to take into account for your business start-up

Complete and present your business plan

Progress to an Access course in Business with L2 English and maths. We will offer you opportunities to achieve these whilst studying towards achievement of this course.
There are also other L2 Business and Computing courses available upon completion of this course
