CLC Diploma in Probate Law and Practice

This qualification consists of three modules over two academic years.
The modules are;
- Administration of Estates
- Law of Will Succession and Grants of representation
-Managing Client and Office Accounts

Exceptions may be available if you have previously studied relevant modules. This means less study time and lower costs for you or your employer.

ll applicants must be 19 years of age or over,, however this qualification is open to those with little or no legal experience. There are no formal entry requirements (though a very good standard of English is highly desirable) and you do not need to be working in legal practice at the time of your enrolment.

Initially, your standard of English will be assessed through a free-writing exam.
During the course, all three modules will be assessed through an open book exam.

This qualification provides learners with the skills and knowledge to embark on a career as a Probate Practitioner undertaking all legal administration of a deceased person's estate.

You can enrol on the whole two year program (loan is available for this option), or on the relevant modules (cost to employer or learner).
