You will cover the following four outcomes during your time on this short course;
Learn how to deliver good customer service
Identify the different communication methods used to promote good customer service
Learn how to provide good customer service in line with organisational procedures
Learn how to effectively deal with customer queries, problems and complaints.
There are no set entry requirements for this course, however, a level 1 qualification in English would be desirable.
To ensure you are enrolling on the correct course for you, we will assess your English skills through a written piece of work of approx 200 words. Experience of dealing with the public would be useful, but not essential.
This qualification will help you develop your service skills which are essential for any organisation in any subject area.
We also offer a Level 2 Award in Customer Services as a progression route which will help to further enhance these skills.
This course will be funded for the vast majority of applicants looking to enrol onto it. Everybody will be fee assessed to check that this is the case.
