Step into Care

This course is for students aged 21 years and above and is designed to support people into the workplace, specifically into roles within children's care homes.

No formal qualifications are required but an interest in supporting children and young people through the care sector is a must. A satisfactory DBS check must also be completed with the college.

You will be assessed through a portfolio of evidence and classroom based activity.

Students will be equipped to start working in the college's stakeholders' children's care homes and continue their training journey.
