The Manchester College and Community Revival Work Experience

Through these placements, Computing and Digital students take on roles in IT Support, where they manage website updates, troubleshoot issues, create digital content, and oversee social media activities. Salman Chaudhari, who is studying towards a T Level in Digital Business Services at the College described his experience with Community Revival during his Foundation Year placement as “thrilling and eventful”.

Supported Learning

If you feel that you would benefit from having a full diagnostic assessment, qualified assessors can be found on either the BDA website, PATOSS website or SASC website. Assessments tend to cost between £350-£700, especially if you are wanting to use it as evidence for an application for DSA.

Challenge yourself with our workout of the week

To maintain good form and avoid injury stand tall with your back straight and feet a little more than hip-width apart.  Ensure your heels are in a straight line and toes are pointed out slightly (between five and 20 degrees). Your shoulders should be relaxed and your chest lifted. During each repetition look straight ahead, with your arms extended in front of you, and squeeze your glutes (bottom) so that your pelvic region is in symmetry with the imaginary straight line between your feet.
