Customer Service Skills - February start

The skills you will develop whilst studying this qualfication will benefit any customer-focused career you will work for, whether dealing with queries face to face or online.

English Level 1 functional skills or GCSE) or non-UK equivalent. All learners will be initially assessed prior to enrolment.

The two main learning outcomes will be;
- Delivering Effective Customer Service
- Understanding Good Customer Service
You will be assessed by compliation of a portfolio and practical activities

We offer many customer-focused courses across our campus that you can enrol on after completion of this short course.

For most learners, this course will be funded for them.
You will be fee assessed at enrolment.
