Skills for Working in Administration and Business Support - February start

This course will provide you with the necessary workplace skills to be able to communicate professionally and effectively using a range of channels/software. We will support you to develop your digital skills for work-based activities/duties to the standards expected in that environment.

Entry level 3 English and maths would be desirable, however all learners will be assessed fully to ensure that this qualification is suitable for them.

Written assessment to identify level of English and comprehension skills

Upon completion of this qualification, you will be able to access the L1 equivalent to further develop your skills. You will use additional Microsoft applications in order to develop more professional and detailed documents.
