This qualification consists of three qualifications; Level 1 Travel and Tourism, Level 1 Aviation and Level 1 Award in Customer Service qualification.

Level 1 Travel and Tourism - Will enable you to learn, develop and practice the skills required to get started and progress in your career in the travel and tourism sector. Topics include;
- The UK Travel Industry
- The UK Tourism Industry
- Customer Service in Travel and Tourism
- Locational Geography.

This introductory qualification is ideal for anyone looking to work in or already working in a number of travel and tourism roles including:
- Holiday representative
- Tour guide
- Tourist information centre assistant
- Travel agent.

Level1 Aviation Operations - This qualification is for students who are interested in a career in the Aviation Industry and want to work in;
- Airport check-in services
- Arrivals and boarding
- Baggage processing and facilities
- Loading/unloading aircraft
- Aircraft marshalling
- Passenger services/support

It allows you to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the aviation sector.
