Vehicle Accident Repair

This course is designed for those looking to build a career in the motor accident repair industry, with a focus on paint. You will gain experience in all areas of a modern bodyshop, learning how to repair a vehicle from start to finish using the latest repair methods and industry-standard equipment.

Applicants will require a Level 2 Certificate in Multi Skills or Body and Paint, or will need to have relevant industry experience as well as a Grade 4 or above in GCSE English and maths, where possible. You will be required to complete a BKSB assessment at interview, and currently be working at Level 2 English and Maths.

This course will be assessed through online, multiple choice exams, assignments and practical tasks.

On successful completion of this course, you could progress into a career within the automotive industry, including roles such as paint technician. These careers can offer salaries of £35k+ per year, with bonuses and clear progression opportunities into workshop controller, damage assessor, insurance assessor, or management positions.
