Cabin Crew (Evening Class)

Cabin Crew role and responsibilities – Understanding duties, teamwork, and professionalism.

Communication and customer service – Essential skills for delivering outstanding passenger experiences.

Safety and emergency procedures – Evacuations, first aid, and security protocols.

Aircraft-specific operations – Door operation, emergency equipment, and procedures.

- Handling real-world scenarios – Preparing for diverse challenges in aviation and tourism.

Taught by an experienced team, including former cabin crew, this course provides a strong foundation for those aspiring to work with an airline or in the wider travel industry.

Gain the skills and confidence to ensure passenger safety, comfort, and service excellence, contributing to the success of the airline industry.

To study this course there are no formal entry requirements, we would encourage all applicants to have a keen interest in Travel and Tourism.

You will be assessed through assignments.

On successful completion of the qualification you will be able go into employment or progress onto a Level 3 Diploma in Travel and Tourism.
