English Legal System - September start

This module is the first to be delivered for the CLC L4 Conveyancing and Probate Diplomas. It covers the role of the UK courts, the responsibilities of those employed within the legal system and the processes followed, focusing on key case studies to help learners apply knowledge to practice.

A background in law or legal proceedings is essential, along with a good standard of English, preferably achievement of GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills. Level 2 maths is desirable if you would like to study the accounts module associated with the Diploma, but this is not essential.

Asssignment Submission

Complete other CLC Level 4 modules to achieve your complete Diploma (5 modules in total)

This module is not funded and therefore the fee will be £480, which includes tuition and exam fees.
Alternatively you could apply for the full Diploma over two years with a loan attached at a lower cost.
