Management Skills and Knowledge

The purpose of this qualification is to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to work as a team leader or supervisor.

You will study the following modules;

Leading People
Communication
Managing People
Building Relationships (K/616/9040)
Operational Management (M/616/9041)
Project Management (T/616/9042)
Managing Finance (A/616/9043)
Self-Awareness and Continuous Development
Decision Making

Level 2 English is desirable, however prior attainment of English and maths at L1 is essential.

This qualification will be project based and will consist of you working in small teams on a set project, developing management skills as you resolve issues.

The ILM L3 qualification is available for progression upon completing this qualification, endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management
