College restaurant awarded AA rosette

The AA College Restaurant Award is judged by industry inspectors and looks at the whole dining experience – service, hospitality, venue and food. During their visit to Bistro East, the inspectors commented it was “great to see training of chefs to understand the pressures and needs of the FOH [front of house] environment” and they received “a professional and structured service”.
