The A-m-a-z-i-n-g Power of Listening

If you are interested in one of the caring professions, like counselling, you will need this skill. Active listeners use brief affirmations like “I see,” “I know,” “Sure,” “Thank you,” or “I understand” and they nod to show understanding. Self-confidence: 7 ways to build and maintain it

Positive thinking After a job interview, focus on what went well and praise yourself, instead of focusing on what didn’t go so well and obsessing about that.
