View detailsKing's Trust The Manchester College works with The King's Trust and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service to deliver ‘The Princes Trust Team Programme’ in nine locations across Greater Manchester. The programme is a full time, 12 week course and aims to engage 16-25 year olds as a stepping stone back into employment, education or training. It is delivered by specialist Youth Support Workers and includes communication, team working and employability skills, equipping the learners with tools to progress with their lives and to overcome barriers to engagement.

The students on our Level 2 Health and Social Care course, came up with the idea after studying health and wellbeing as defined by the World Health Organisation (WHO). They wanted to educate their fellow students about the impact health risks can have on an individual and look at ways to improve awareness.
